- Some clients bring me in as an embedded partner. For those searches, I charge a small engagement investment that is credited toward the placement fee once you hire my candidate. This is a contained search.
- For exclusive searches, I usually work on a pay-when-they-start basis, also known as a contingent search.
- For executive searches, I offer a retained search model built around strategic milestones.
